Who processes your data
RUMOS360 is the trade name of VANCI, the company responsible for this website and the controller of the personal data processed through it, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).
For any privacy matter, contact us at contato@rumos360.com.br.
What this website collects
Browsing the website requires no registration. The website has no forms, does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools, and does not display advertising.
As with any website, the company that hosts the pages logs technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, the browser and device used, the page visited, and the date and time. These logs are used to keep the website running and secure.
The “Book a coffee” feature only builds a WhatsApp message with the day, time of day and format you choose. None of this is stored on the website: the message only reaches us if you decide to send it.
When you get in touch
If you message us on WhatsApp or write to our email address, we receive the data you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, company, job title and the content of the conversation.
We use this data to:
- reply to you and schedule the coffee or meeting you requested;
- understand where your company stands and prepare a proposal, if you ask for one;
- keep a record of the conversation for as long as there is a business relationship.
Why we may process this data
We only process personal data on the legal bases set out in the LGPD:
- preliminary steps toward a contract, at your request, when you contact us to learn about our programs (art. 7, V);
- performance of a contract, when your company hires RUMOS360 (art. 7, V);
- legitimate interest, to keep the website secure and to reply to inquiries (art. 7, IX);
- compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, when required by law (art. 7, II).
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. It only passes through the providers that make our service possible, each with its own privacy policy:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and logs technical access data. Its servers may be located outside Brazil; in that case, the international transfer follows what the LGPD allows (art. 33);
- WhatsApp, when you chat with us there;
- Hostinger, which hosts our email.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Business conversations are kept while there is a relationship with you or your company. After that, the data is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
The LGPD guarantees you, at any time and free of charge, the right to:
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
- request data portability;
- know who your data has been shared with;
- withdraw consent, when the processing depends on it;
- object to processing carried out without consent, if it does not comply with the law.
How to make a request
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@rumos360.com.br. We may ask you to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request, to protect your data. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the ANPD.
Security
The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to contact data is restricted to the people who assist you. No system is completely immune to failures; if an incident occurs that may pose a risk to you, we will notify you and report it to the ANPD, as required by law.
Links to other websites
The website links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and the website of Brazil’s Ministry of Labor. When you open these links, each service’s own privacy policy applies.
Children and adolescents
The website and our programs are intended for companies and professionals. We do not knowingly process data from children or adolescents.
Changes to this policy
If the website changes the way it handles data (for example, if it starts measuring visits or adds a form), this policy will be updated beforehand, and the date at the top of the page will change.
