Together at a multinational
Ten years building training, communication, people and organizational culture programs, in Brazil and abroad.
2018
The company is born as VANCI
The two join forces again to work full time with organizations. The name blends VANesca and CIrilo. In Corsican, vanci means “go forward.”
Later
VANCI becomes RUMOS360
By bringing together strategy, human behavior, leadership and communication, RUMOS360 develops its own methodologies.
Today
More than 15,000 people
More than 400 classes and projects in organizations across many industries, with in-person sessions and digital journeys.
